40° and it feels like having fever. This effect helps you

A sanarium session can take up to 20 minutes. Constant
repeatings may help you lowering the blood pressure.

hydrotherapy has been founded by Sebastian Kneipp in
the 19th century and became the synonym for “heath
by water”. Cold and warm showers are increasing your
perfusion and strengthen your immune system.
Our SPA area boasts 2 shower-systems with
waterfall function as well as with massage jets, you
can use a tub designed for your legs and a Kneipp-tube
in the steam-room.
