We at Panorama Hotel CIS take this line by the German humorist Wilhelm Busch fully to heart. Our family always places great importance on good food and fine wines, which for us are key values of our hotel.

Early in the morning, we aim to fortify you with a "traditional Eastern Tyrolean breakfast," served tabelside as well as buffet-style, at your choosing. In the evening, the owners mother, chef de cuisine Mrs. Sofija Cis, will prepare memorable dishes combining Tyrolean tradition, the flavours of nearby Italy, and international inspirations. All based primarily on regional products, in which we take great pride.

As the founding members of the Culinaria Tirolensis association, we believe in cross-regional interconnection and cooperation.

The wine cellar has already stimulated the lively interest of many people who love first-class wines. As longstanding members of the Association of Tyrolean Sommeliers, we care deeply about the culture of drinking well and with sophistication. Join us on a journey to discover famous, well-established wines, along with the many surprising discoveries of our Maître d’ André Cis.


The doors of our restaurant are also open to the public.

Monday - Saturday: 12 - 13:30 and 18:30 to 20:30
Sunday: 12 - 13:30
