You may have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and for good reason. Let the smell of freshly brewed coffee from the local micro-roasting-facility MoCafe lure you out of bed and lead you to the impressive range of local delicacies presented at our buffet station.
Not only another slogan: we live the Osttirol breakfast!
For decades we endeavoured to provide you with the very best of artisan, local products. “Good, clean and just” – the motto of the Slowfood association always guides us when sourcing food. One of the upsides being a very small Boutique Hotel is that we can collaborate with nearby small-scaled farmers that produce only small quantities. For instance, enjoy the milk from our neighbouring farm, bacon and other cold cuts off the local butcher Ortner, together with freshly baked bread from the Rainer bakery. A local, Demeter-certified bio-dynamic farm provides us with yoghurt and cheese; exquisite jams are delivered from nearby Assling by the Unterweger family. There’s something for everyone’s taste at our Osttirol-style breakfast.

Breakfast affairs at Hotel Cis aren’t entirely self-service. Have a seat at your reserved table and we’ll take your order, serving your desired hot beverage. All kinds of egg-dishes, using eggs from local, free range alpine chicken are ‘made to order’ and served tableside, fresh and hot.
You’re travelling for business or simply want to get an early start up the mountain? Flexibility is another advantage of being a small hotel. We are more than happy to accommodate your individual breakfast-time to the best of our ability or arrange a take-away lunch for you.
